This visit coincides with the Telangana Formation Day celebrations and marks an important milestone for the villagers who have been beneficiaries of the Indiramma houses program.

Chief Minister's Agenda

The Chief Minister is expected to begin his itinerary by inaugurating 28 completed Indiramma houses in Kothguda. Following this, he will address a public meeting at Kagaznagar X Road, providing an opportunity for community interaction and feedback on ongoing developmental projects.

Although originally planned for June 2, the schedule was adjusted to align with the CM's visit to Telangana Formation Day celebrations in Hyderabad earlier that day. Local officials informed that despite the rescheduling, preparations are underway ensuring a grand welcome for the Chief Minister through traditional drum beats and cultural performances.

Village Development

Kolam Kotari's Sarpanch Madavi Shanthabai has highlighted significant developmental initiatives undertaken in the gram panchayat. These include improved community roads, better access to drinking water supplies, and the installation of electric poles. The official also noted that 115 Indiramma houses were sanctioned for Kolam Kotari gram panchayat, with 28 already completed by local authorities.

Shanthabai expressed her enthusiasm over this first-hand experience of having Indiramma houses constructed within the village and stressed on the villagers' eagerness to see their Chief Minister visit. "Our community is excited about welcoming Mr. Revanth Reddy, not only for a glimpse into what developmental progress looks like but also for his direct engagement with us," shared Shanthabai.

A 28-kilometer route has been meticulously planned and will greet the Chief Minister along his journey from the village to Kagaznagar X Road. The CM is expected to take short stops at various points en route, including near a viewpoint overlooking the Komaram Bheem project site.
