Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh - The Andhra Pradesh police are set to issue a Look Out Circular (LOC) against three suspects involved in a significant visa cheating scam. This move comes in response to a complaint lodged by Siva Kranthi Kumar of Kothuru village in Ibrahimpatnam mandal, NTR district, on 2025-11-xx.

Kumar alleges that he was defrauded by three individuals: Destiny Consultancy director Jagarlamudi Madhukar and the couple Rama Nandana (Madhukar's wife) and Mohana Rao (Madhukar's father). The victims report receiving a promise of employment and visa renewal in exchange for a payment of Rs. 15 lakh.

Following the failure to achieve the promised outcomes, Kumar approached Madhukar who directed him to deposit the money at a bank in Ibrahimpatnam, specifying that Mohana Rao would provide further guidance on the best accounts to use. When Kumar sought his visa renewed and wanted the certificate of sponsorship for his wife, both Madhukar and Nandana claimed that their requests were not met.
