During a recent visit to Paris, Prime Minister Narendra Modi emphasized that India is rapidly establishing itself as a trusted partner for the global community. Highlighting the nation's strategic investments across critical sectors, he noted that these efforts are designed to foster long-term growth, innovation, and diverse opportunities for future generations.

Addressing the Indian diaspora at the Salle Pleyel venue, Prime Minister Modi explained that the current global landscape prioritizes trust alongside traditional trade relations. According to the Prime Minister, nations worldwide are actively seeking reliable, stable partnerships and stable supply chains, a role that India is uniquely positioned to fill.

Prime Minister Modi underscored that global governance must be inclusive to be effective, while sustainable global growth requires shared efforts. He asserted that technology only provides genuine benefits to humanity when it is built on a foundation of trust. He noted that over 250 million people have been lifted out of poverty, and the nation is now driven by the massive aspirations of its youth, farmers, and women. This journey toward a Viksit Bharat (Developed India) involves building future-ready ecosystems and investing in technologies that will dictate progress for decades to come.

Looking toward future collaborations, the Prime Minister mentioned that India and France are preparing to launch the TRISHNA satellite next year, which will play a vital role in ensuring global water and food security. Furthermore, he celebrated the expansion of the Unified Payments Interface (UPI) in France, which is expected to facilitate easier financial transactions and boost tourism. These initiatives, along with increased mobility for students and professionals, further solidify the foundation of trust and stability shared by the two nations.
