Andhra Pradesh's Department of Information Technology, Electronics and Communications (ITE&C) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with talent recruitment platform foundit. The collaborative agreement aims to elevate employability for the state's youth through skill development and enhanced job opportunities.
Improving Talent Deployment
Under the MoU, Kaushalam, an initiative by Andhra Pradesh's ITE&C department, will integrate with foundit's platform. The partnership seeks to streamline candidate discovery, profile completion, and recruiter access while ensuring strong data privacy and compliance standards.
Enhancing Employer Engagement
The agreement also focuses on improving candidate visibility for employers in the state, including GCC countries and other companies setting up operations. These efforts aim to align talent with job opportunities, contributing to a robust workforce ecosystem.
