During the summit, the Andhra Pradesh MSME Development Corporation launched several initiatives to accelerate startup growth, drive digital transformation, and enhance exports. For instance, 38 new MSME parks are being laid in 2026 under this initiative, with plans to support startups through collaboration platforms like RTIH.

Pilot Projects and Collaborations

Rural Smart Village centres were inaugurated as pilot projects in Mangalagiri, Pithapuram, and Kuppam. These centres are expected to serve as incubation hubs for rural entrepreneurs, offering necessary support and resources.

Collaboration between RTIH and Kia India resulted in the establishment of an advanced prototyping innovation centre equipped with precision manufacturing facilities aimed at nurturing budding startups. The Small Industries Development Bank (SIDBI) also announced a Rs 20-crore seed fund for deep-tech startups, co-funding ventures with RTIH.

Furthermore, agreements were signed by the MSME development corporation and IT department to establish 50 Digital Transformation Facilitation Centres targeting one lakh MSMEs across colleges. ESSL will also conduct energy and water audits in 1,000 MSMEs and diagnostic studies in clusters.

The state plans a Rs 200-crore cluster development programme to benefit 750 MSMEs and provide employment for over 3,125 people. Additionally, entrepreneurship training will be provided to differently-abled youth to foster inclusivity.

To enhance global market access, agreements were made with Amazon Global Selling for exports, Aramex for cross-border logistics support, Vodafone Idea Business Services and Zoho Corporation to bolster digital readiness among MSMEs. The Quality Council of India will champion quality certification and alignment with global standards, while the Pension Fund Regulatory and Development Authority offers assistance in pension and social security implementation.
