Mahanadu's Hybrid Model
According to Rao, the cluster system is strategically designed to identify and groom future grassroots leaders while boosting women's involvement in various sectors. The first day of Mahanadu will run from 10 am to 6 pm, starting with tributes to N.T Rama Rao and the rendition of Telugu Talli song.
Rao emphasized that this year would place special attention on women's leadership roles, alongside meticulous planning for the event. With a detailed schedule featuring one-and-a-half-hour sessions followed by short breaks, Mahanadu promises to be a productive gathering. Approximately 65 speakers will address the party about resolutions covering organizational, political, and developmental issues.
Technology Driving Inclusivity
The digital attendance system, facilitated through the "My TDP" platform, aims for large-scale participation and enhanced coordination. Party leaders stated that under the leadership of Nara Lokesh, significant reforms have been introduced to recognize and reward hardworking party workers.
"Digital attendance ensures greater inclusivity," said general secretary Chintakayala Vijay. "This year, we see a notable increase in youth participation, promoting political bonding beyond formal structures."
