Jaiswal attacked Deepak Chahar's bowling in the first over, scoring 22 runs, establishing an early lead for RR. Simultaneously, Vaibhav Suryavanshi surprised everyone with his aggressive start, hitting six off the very first ball of Jasprit Bumrah and securing a rapid 39 runs off only 14 balls – five sixes and one four.
