Triumph Motorcycles India has announced the official launch of its highly anticipated 350cc segment models, including the Speed 350 and Scrambler 350X, on April 8, 2026. These new motorcycles have generated significant buzz in the Indian market due to their premium features and powerful performance.

Designed for both comfort and speed, these bikes will be available with a starting price of ₹2.20 lakh (approximately US$295). The smaller version of the 398cc engine used by Triumph's Speed 400 and Scrambler 400X is now featured in these models.

The decision to reduce the engine capacity below 350cc has primarily focused on tax savings, bringing motorcycles down from the 40% applicable on a 400cc bike to a more manageable 18% GST slab. This reduction not only lowers the price but also improves torque performance for smoother operation over Indian roads.

These new models aim to compete directly with Royal Enfield's Classic 350 and Hunter 350, providing riders with a stable ride suitable for long journeys. With impressive power outputs of 35-40 bhp, these bikes will cater to both enthusiasts looking for superior performance and those needing a reliable machine for daily use.

The Triumph Motorcycles India team is anticipated to include a retro-themed design inspired by classic models like the Thruxton or Bonneville. This new series signifies the brand's commitment to bringing affordability, style, and power into reach of more consumers.
