Reforming International Security Structures

Doval highlighted the need to reform international structures and institutions established post-World War II to better address contemporary security challenges. Addressing concerns in West Asia, Doval underscored the importance of safe and uninterrupted shipping routes, particularly through straits like the Strait of Hormuz and the Red Sea.
