The HSSC has released the exam schedule for aspirants applying as Haryana Police Constables in the year 2026. The process involves two critical evaluations: the Physical Measurement Test (PMT) and the Physical Screening Test (PST).

In April, 5,500 candidates will be selected through this rigorous examination. For male applicants, a height requirement of 170 cm, and for female candidates, a minimum height of 158 cm must be met. In the PST or Physical Screening Test, males are required to complete a 2.5-kilometer run within 12 minutes, while females need to finish a one-kilometer run in just six minutes.

How and When to Download Your Admit Card

Candidates can download their admit cards by visiting the official HSSC website at www.hssc.gov.in. After logging into your profile, click on the 'Admit Card' section and proceed to download. Once you enter your valid login credentials, the admit card will appear on your screen; print it for future reference.

The application process began on January 11, 2026, with the last date extended until January 31, 2026. There was also a re-opening period from March 16 to March 19, 2026. The Physical Measurement Test and Physical Screening Test will commence on April 15, 2026.
