On Wednesday, landowners from the villages of Thulluru, Rayapudi, Lingayapalem, and Velagapudi gathered at the Andhra Pradesh Capital Region Development Authority (APCRDA) office. They formally submitted their consent letters, signaling their willingness to partner in the transformation of the region into a state-of-the-art capital city. The documents were officially accepted by APCRDA additional commissioner Bhargava Teja and other senior officials present at the scene.

The total land aggregated through this collective effort reached approximately 100.885 acres within a single day. The breakdown of contributions includes 43.22 acres from Velagapudi, 31.005 acres from Rayapudi, 16.90 acres from Lingayapalem, and 9.76 acres from Thulluru.
