The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) in Andhra Pradesh is actively seeking to engage the state's youth in the political landscape to help manifest the national goal of a Viksit Bharat by the year 2047. P.V.N. Madhav, the state president of the BJP, delivered this message during a recent gathering of BJP Yuva Morcha office-bearers at the party's regional headquarters located in Vijayawada.

During the event, P.V.N. Madhav emphasized that involvement in politics should be viewed as a vital avenue for community and public service rather than a pursuit of personal power. He issued a strong call to action, specifically encouraging young individuals, particularly women under the age of 25, to step forward and refine their leadership capabilities to meaningfully participate in the nation-building process.

Empowering Youth Through Development and Technology

A significant portion of the discussion focused on the necessity of skill development among the younger generation. The BJP leader urged the youth to embrace modern technology, overcome their fear of various challenges, and utilize their hard work and dedication to secure emerging opportunities. Furthermore, he encouraged activists to actively voice their opinions on important public matters and to be proactive in countering misinformation or divisive political campaigns.

P.V.N. Madhav also highlighted the ongoing support provided by the central government to Andhra Pradesh. He pointed out that the Polavaram project remains the sole national project currently receiving 100 percent funding from the center, with active efforts underway to accelerate its completion. Party workers were instructed to spread awareness about this central assistance, as well as the support being provided for the development of Amaravati.

The discussion also touched upon the state's economic landscape. P.V.N. Madhav noted that investments totaling approximately ₹14 lakh crore have entered Andhra Pradesh, which is facilitating the creation of new industrial hubs and significant employment opportunities. He highlighted the recent establishment of major industries and data centers in Visakhapatnam as clear indicators of the state's expanding potential.

In addition to these strategic goals, the state president tasked the Yuva Morcha members with effectively leveraging social media platforms to communicate the central government's welfare and development schemes to the wider public. He also promoted the organization's environmental initiative aimed at planting 10 lakh palm trees across the coastline of Andhra Pradesh.
