MADHAPUR, HYDERABAD— The State Gallery of Art, Madhapur, has opened its doors to showcase the 7th edition of the All India Art Competition and Exhibition 2026. This exciting event features an impressive collection of 249 artworks selected from a wide array of submissions, highlighting contemporary artistic practices across the nation.
Artistic Excellence and Awards
The exhibition, which commenced on May 23, will continue until June 2. The organizers have lined up an impressive prize pool, consisting of one first-prize winner receiving a cash award of ₹1 lakh, three second prizes each worth ₹50,000, and twenty third-prizes each carrying a reward of ₹20,000. In addition to the monetary incentives, the event will also present eleven sponsorship awards and seven special awards.
The diverse range of works on display, reflecting various styles and mediums, serves as a testament to India's vibrant artistic landscape. Emerging and established artists have contributed, making this an essential platform for art enthusiasts, collectors, and aficionados alike.
